IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:
We have had a few complaints from our lovely International clients who have had trouble setting up an account with us and/or completing the ordering process.  Our shopping cart system does not require you to put your Province/State for our International "USPS Rest of the World" shipping.  The system will automatically choose for you, "Other (Non U.S.)".  It will, however, require you to put in your zip code information.  Please call the boutique with any other questions or concerns at 323.651.9920.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at WWW.BIRDLA.COM is easy:
  • If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links or simply shop by designer.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART”.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link. You can use the ‘DELETE’ button to remove items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on ‘CHECK OUT NOW’ to complete your order.

*Please note, all sales of jewelry, candles, lingerie, and items with a 70% discount or greater are FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.  We are happy to answer ANY and ALL questions you have about an item so feel free to ask before you buy.


DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. Registering your details will allow you to:
  • Build a personal wish list  
  • Shop without entering your address details
  • Manage your address book and email settings
  • Check your order status and track your shipments 
  • Review past orders

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password click on the 'YOUR ACCOUNT' button and follow the instructions for a forgotten password.  You will be provided with a new password.  
 

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Most of our products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer.

As sizes can vary greatly from one designer to the next, we would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have about sizing and fit.  Simply call the boutique for advice at 323.651.9920.
 

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
We do our best to keep the inventory on the website current and up to date.  We typically remove or indicate if an item is sold out.  Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BIRD ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
At bird, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.  Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.  If you prefer, you may place your order via telephone by calling the girls at Bird.   
 

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

 
DOES BIRD HAVE SALES?
There is a link to the SALE page on the website.  Due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can't guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.  So, if you love it…buy it.
