For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm Pacific Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day between 9am and 5pm.
Ground will be delivered 9am-5pm on weekdays.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. We do not send shipping confirmations but in most cases, your order will be shipped the same day it is received.
INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: Our shopping cart system does not require you to put your Province/State for our International "USPS Rest of the World" shipping. The system will automatically choose for you, "Other (Non U.S.)". It will, however, require you to put in your zip code information. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from bird to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
DOES BIRD SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
DOES BIRD SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct shipping address.
