For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 1pm Pacific Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day between 9am and 5pm.

Ground will be delivered 9am-5pm on weekdays.
 
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.  In most cases, your order will be shipped the same day it is received.  Bird. is a small boutique and we do everything we can to keep shipping costs down.  We simply don't do the volume that many larger e-commerce sites do in order to compete with their cheaper shipping prices.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:  Our shopping cart system does not require you to put your Province/State for our International "USPS Rest of the World" shipping.  The system will automatically choose for you, "Other (Non U.S.)".  It will, however, require you to put in your zip code information.  You will also be responsible for any duty or import charges that your purchase incurs.  We CANNOT under any circumstances put a "false" value on your package for customs purposes.  Please email us at customercare@birdla.com or call the boutique at (512) 323-2024 for any questions and concerns.


IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from bird to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.


DOES BIRD SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.


DOES BIRD SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a correct shipping address.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
